The Support at Home program is designed to help older Australians live independently in their own homes for longer. It offers flexible, personalised care tailored to your individual needs -whether you require clinical support, help around the house, or assistance staying connected to your community.
What is Support at Home?
Support at Home is a new in-home aged care program funded by the Australian Government. It replaces the previous Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs. The new model provides:
