Domestic Assistance
Our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Domestic Assistance service provides practical, entry‑level help to keep your home clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s designed for older Australians who are mostly independent but need a little support with everyday household tasks.
Domestic Assistance is the most commonly accessed CHSP service, helping clients maintain their independence at home.
What We Help With
CHSP supports people aged 65+, or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who need basic assistance to continue living independently at home.
Support Workers work with you to maintain independence - not just doing tasks for you, but helping you stay in control at home.
