Participants are exposed to positive role models and experiences in a relaxed and engaging environment. Boys are encouraged to use their initiative, take responsibility and demonstrate leadership; both in the practical aspects of running the group, and in their overall behaviour and attitude towards their peers.

The Peak Hill Boys Group is scheduled for every Thursday afternoon from 3-5pm in the school term. Thursday afternoon activities are free, with afternoon tea provided and are held at either the Neighbourhood Central Community Hub, Southern Cross Hall or at Lindner Oval, depending on the weather and the particular activities scheduled for that day. Special events are offered during the school holidays. All efforts are taken to keep costs to a minimum for special events, however participants may be required to make a small financial contribution to cover costs incurred.
